Maurilio De Santis, an imaginative and experienced artist with the ability to create breathtaking picture. Since the year 1990 that have sought to enrich my knowledge of oil painting, through extensive experience and training in reputable school. I work in various mediums including watercolour, oil and acrylic, and I like to experiment with new techniques and materials such as painting on glass, using metallic leaf and trilogy box canvases.
I had a proclivity towards drawing and painting. I drew a lot and for long periods of time as a child. I was very “neat” and stayed in the lines, which prompted my art teacher to suggest classes outside of school.
